A slash command in Natterly can help improve the workflow for the users who are chatting with your visitors. As a developer, you can write your own slash commands to help integrate your chat platform with your own internal applications and tools.

Slash command basics

When a user executes a slash command they simply enter the name of a command prefixed with a / character and followed by any "arguments" which may be required.

There are a number of built in slash commands like /undo which deletes the last message a user sent and /remoji which sends a totally random emoji to the visitor!
