Of course. By default, we include this on all ChatBoxes but you can remove it from your site at a cost of £25/month for each site you wish to remove it from. If you'd like to add this, you can simply choose the 'Remove Branding' option from the site configuration page in the Natterly Admin Console.
Yes! We don't want to keep you hostage - It's completely pain free to do through the account page in the Natterly Admin Console.
Absolutely, just add your new team members through your Natterly admin area and we'll bill you for the extra amount each month. If you'd prefer to pay a lump sum for the new users too, get in touch and we can arrange this for you.
It sure does, simply enable 'Allow offline chats' on your site setting page to enable Natterly's offline mode.
